Patient Benefits at Our Personalized Care Practice

An enhanced patient office experience

The patient experience begins from the moment you call my office. You will be able to see me on the same day or the next business day when you need an appointment. When you arrive, you will be warmly greeted in an inviting environment, and seen promptly, with little to no waiting time. Our visits will be conducted in an unhurried fashion, with an extended 60-minute visit for your Comprehensive Annual Health Assessment, and all other appointments scheduled for 30 minutes. At every visit, there will be ample time to understand and address medical concerns and thoroughly answer your questions. You will be the focus of my attention with your needs attended to as if you were a member of my extended family.

Discovering what is right for each patient

We believe that each person is unique and there is no absolute approach when it comes to prevention and treatment. We will have the time to explore all factors that can influence your health, and together we will determine the best approach for you.

With rare exceptions you will always be seen by your doctor

You will always be seen by us… the doctors who know you best. During our occasional absence from the office, a trusted colleague will be available for urgent issues.

Direct communications during office hours (and after!)

During office hours, our staff will answer your calls directly and will assist you with your needs. We encourage our patients to call with any questions or concerns regarding their health. If consultation with your doctor is needed and We are unable to take your call immediately, we will return your call promptly. After office hours or on weekends and holidays, you can reach us directly on our cell phones or page us for urgent issues at any time of the day or night whether you are at home or traveling.

Extended office hours and house calls

Office visits are best scheduled during normal office hours when the full complement of staff is available. However, should you require occasional visits outside of my traditional office hours, we will do our best to accommodate you. On a case-by-case basis, at our discretion, we will gladly visit and attend to you in your home.

You will receive an Comprehensive Annual Health Assessment, which will be the cornerstone of your personalized wellness plan created to keep you feeling your best.

We will be there in the hospital as well as in the office to help you navigate the maze of modern medical care. We will not only serve as your physician, but also as your advocate by working with other medical specialists who may be involved with your care.

In order to provide this superior level of service and personalized attention, our practice has limited enrollment and an annual fee.
